The light never comes on
A homeowner says the light has never worked from either switch since the remodel.
Reported symptom: The light never turns on, no matter how the switches are set.
Tap a terminal, then tap a second terminal to run a wire between them. Tap either terminal of an existing wire (or the wire itself) to remove it.
Switch 1 (Downstairs):
